Can Someone Help With Epoxy Resin Prices

Hi,
We currently manufacture for a client of ours some small brackets used in the building trade. We currently manufacture these from small pieces of metal plate welded together, however we are considering casting these using epoxy resin. We believe if we can manufacture via this casting method we can considerably reduce the man hours currently spent fabricating them from metal plate. Before we go any further though we need to establish the cost of epoxy resin, the only suppliers we can find our small online retailers. We estimate we would require around 1000 litres a week. Can someone please give us an estimate of the cost per litre we can expect to pay, and details of possible suppliers. We are a UK based company.

How big is your component? It can be quite cheap to injection mold if you require a modest quantity of components..
