Mechanical Engineer needed to develop a prototype.

I need to hire a mechanical engineer in order to develop a prototype and help me source the production of my final design. At the moment I only have basic designs for my product and will need an engineer to bring it together. The project is to design and create a scaled down and much more simplified version of this AEG gearbox including the motor.

It will be simply a repeating, striking bar with no piston or trigger, but it should be about the size of a matchbox overall, it will be housed in an aluminium body as weight is also an issue.
