Not likely. The plastic is injected under very high pressure. That is why the injection molds are so large and strong. Also why the machines are rated in many TONS of clamping pressure.
The plastic part you place in the mold must be able to take that pressure and not collapse in on itself. The part would need to be designed like a submarine pressure hull.
