plastic part with peripheral undercuts

My case is how to eject this injected plastic part from its mold (figure 1 on attached PDF). The critical features in this plastic part are the three peripheral undercuts that need a mechanism for demolding. I noticed in the bottom surface of the part a split lines-the blue lines in figure 2-that is a proof for the ejection mechanism. What is the mechanism that eject the part?

I think this would be done with a Lifter. The lifter is part of the ejection system. It is an angled motion that moves sideways as the part is ejected.

But the traditional lifter isn't useful due to the layout of the mold
 
That part was made with a expanding core.
Roehr makes them.
