Yeah, France also tested a lot. They even did it as late as the mid-90s. That's crazy really!

Then of course their undercover agents bombed and sank that Greenpeace ship that was protesting against the tests, and the agents weren't ever really punished for causing the death of one of the photographers on board.
 
I don’t think so, the government has its eyes on everything. They wouldn’t let any of the news just leak. Its either that they want to spread the news (maybe like cold war) or it might be that the news doesn’t harm them so they let it slide.

Government is powerful enough to handle people leaking their countries secrets online.

The future of wars would not be weeks or months it would be hours. Apparently, Russia has bio weapons that is a pathogen and one small glass of it can spread unnoticeably for 18 hours without showing any symptoms and then cause inflammatory respiratory disorder, killing the host with in matter of minutes. One of these glass containers released in worlds largest airports would effect the whole wide worlds within 2 days of it being released. And Russia has 10,000 bottles of those. I got this information from a polish friend of mine, he is usually reliable when it comes to technology of mass destruction.

So my point being, it would take Russia more than hours to wipe out 75% of the world population. So the only way of humans surviving the next war, is that we do not have a war.
 
Does Russia have an antidote to that for itself though?

I don't know. I'm supposedly from a pretty well developed country and the level of incompetence of the government is amazing sometimes. To be honest I'd be much more surprised if there were things that they actually managed to keep secret well.
 
Tongue in cheek @MSHOfficial, you have blown your argument that governments control news flow out of the water with your polish insider :)

That said, even when news does get out it can often be ridiculed or simply removed. For example, I know that many years ago there was a company with a drug which stopped people smoking. My information was that if the company got anywhere near the market it would be taken out and closed by the tobacco companies. No matter what the cost of buying the company, and ownership of the drug, it was but a fraction of the money they would lose if it went mass market.

Another example is electronic cigarettes. They were first mocked and ignored by the pharma and tobacco giants - now they are investing billions and taking over the major players.
 
I am not sure if they have an antidote or not, I will ask this from the polish guy I was talking about. Well there are the secrets that are most well kept from the public, how would you know them until someone pulls the whistle on them. The day you find out the things the government has been hiding from you, I guess the least you would be is surprised.



Same thing with electronic and hybrid cars, now the giants are trying to take over or produce their own hybrids but when they first came out everyone thought it would never be commercialized because of the battery requirements and the maximum speed and mileage of these cars.

I heard a theory that the government encourages ridiculous conspiracy theories (flat earthers etc.) so that when a real theory (The government tested LSD on their own citizens, for example) comes to attention it's easier to discredit by saying, "All those conspiracy nuts are crazy!"

They're also investing a lot in marijuana. Apparently that will be worth billions.
 
Well if someone has proof then its not so crazy after all

No body should blow the whistle on the government without having proper proof.
