Greetings, lads! I am a newcomer to manufacturing job and usually, I just done a bending process, but I just got a new project where I need to use my press brake bending machine to do a stamping process. Is it even possible? and since the characteristics of press brake and stamping machine is different should I modify the stamping die?
This is our press brake machine.
note: the sheet metal that we gonna stamp has thickness of 1.2 mm, for consideration.
