Managing moisture uptake of polyamide PA66

I wish to have a global view on the best practice for the management of moisture uptake on polyamide PA66 and that through the whole lifecycle of the components:

1. Conception, drawing with anhydrous definition or not ?
2. Initial sample acceptance.
3. Supplier monitoring.
4. what state do we measure parts through the receiving control procedure ? anhydrous or not
5. etc...
