Newb on the block, need all the help I can get.

Hi, I am completely new to plastic design. My background is in structural drafting but I would love to learn everything about plastic mold design. I have looked around to find some related courses in my local community college, but with no luck. Please advise as to what books, websites, software recommendation, courses, tools I should star with in order for me to get the ball roiling.


Please keep in mind that I know absolutely nothing about the plastic manufacturing, so any advice would be extremely helpful.
