Textbook or other reference on plastic forming processes

Hello! I need a good comprehensive reference that explains the various processes for plastic forming? For example, blow molding, injection molding, etc. It would be nice to have design guidelines, possible tolerances, material types, etc. for each process. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

I stumbled on a pretty good resource for injection mold design recently at Protomold's website:

It's pretty basic and I think only deals with injection molding but it's a good start. Also, I'm pretty sure Machinery's Handbook will have a chart with tolerances for the most common plastic forming processes.
