For my mechanical company i want 3d modeling for my project need. but i don't about 3d modeling software so which is the best in market?

It all depends on how big is your company, how many designers are actively participating in a SINGLE project, Is it a CAD conversion or an OEM etc. For me I use Pro/Engineer (Creo now) and am very happy with it.

I think the best And a little bit cheaper is solid works, but its depend on what things Will You develop?

That depends what kind of software you company use,and for what kind of products.I perfer Solidworks, for easy handle and cheap.

I used to think Pro/e was but then i woke up and found Inventor ,I cannot belive how easy and stable it is to use and hasle free modelling of and shape I want.

Solidworks is the best! Friendly user.. Even for the first time will feel it

You may start with Autodesk Inventor. Although I would recommend Pro E or Catia for 3D modelling.Good Luck.:)
